With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Sara-Ann Marcus, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and cherished friend. Sara passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on September 05, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and warmth that will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew her.

Sara was a devoted mother to her daughter Rachel Clark, son Louis, son-in-law Adam Clark, and grandmother to Aria and Holland Clark. Her family was the center of her world, and she always put them first, nurturing them with kindness, wisdom, love, and endless support.

As a proud grandmother, Sara was a constant source of joy and inspiration for her grandchildren, Aria and Holland, two lights of her life who adored their time spent with "Nana." Sara found immense happiness in watching them grow and thrive. She passed on her strong values of love, perseverance, and generosity, leaving an enduring legacy in their hearts.

Throughout her life, Sara was known for her generous heart, her infectious laugh, and her ability to bring people together. She had a unique way of making everyone she met feel welcome and loved. Whether through family gatherings, thoughtful conversations, or the simplest moments shared over a cup of coffee, Sara’s presence was always one of comfort and joy.

Some of her most valued memories were made during dinners shared with her best friends as well as Louis and Judith whenever they visited her in Florida. These meals were filled with love, laughter, and good food, creating lasting bonds that Sara treasured deeply. Those gatherings were a testament to her love of family and her joy in spending time with those she held dear.

Sara’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her, and her legacy of love, strength, and compassion will continue to inspire all who were privileged to have been part of her life.

In honor of her life, a private service will be held with close family. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Sara’s name to Women in Distress, a cause close to her heart.  https://widbroward.org

Sara-Ann Marcus will forever be remembered for her indomitable spirit and boundless love.
